These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vectixs (the "Service"), operated by the individual operator of Vectixs, who at this time runs the Service as an individual and not through a registered company ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is currently invite-only and offered on an early-access basis. Features, pricing, and these Terms may change as the product evolves; see Section 15 for how changes are communicated.
Vectixs is a cryptocurrency trading dashboard and automation tool. It lets you:
The Service is non-custodial. We do not hold, control, or have withdrawal access to your funds at any time. All real trades are executed directly on your own exchange account using the API credentials you provide. Your relationship with each exchange is governed by that exchange's own terms, and we are not a party to it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. You must also be legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction — it is your responsibility to confirm this before using the Service, not ours. We may restrict access from certain jurisdictions at our discretion.
Access currently requires an invitation link from an existing user or administrator. We may open or close registration, or revoke invitations, at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Signing up requires a valid email address, which you must confirm by clicking the link we send you. Real-money trading is disabled until that email is confirmed — mock (paper) trading and every other part of the Service work normally in the meantime. You're responsible for keeping your email current; a lost or inaccessible email may prevent you from resetting your password or receiving important account notices.
To trade with real funds, you provide the Service with an API key and secret generated on your exchange account. This is one of the most important things to understand before using real trading:
Trading cryptocurrency is highly risky and you can lose some or all of the funds you trade with, including through the use of automated bots offered by this Service. Before using real trading, please understand:

Certain features require a paid subscription plan, described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number (see our Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, especially where real funds or other users' security may be at risk.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal trading — nothing more.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and features, plans, and this early-access product as a whole may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We'll make a reasonable effort to communicate significant changes in advance, but downtime or a breaking change is not itself a breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access — including winding down any running bots — if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service or a plan tier you're on. Where reasonably possible, we'll aim to give you notice and a chance to export your data or close out open positions yourself first.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF ANY MARKET DATA, BACKTEST, OR SIGNAL DISPLAYED BY THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING LOSSES RESULTING FROM AUTOMATED TRADING BOTS, EXCHANGE-SIDE FAILURES, OR MARKET VOLATILITY — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
If your jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some of the limitations above may not apply to you, and our liability will instead be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights (including an exchange's terms of service).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and make reasonable efforts to notify active users (e.g. in-app notice or email). Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
